This is John and Steve, the founders and owners of Red Rock Leisure Ltd, the parent group for Exmouth Watersports Ltd. They both pretend to be business men but as you can see here, being on the water is their real motivation.

John is the joint owner of Exmouth Watersports and an Advanced Level Windsurfing Trainer. His ability on a board cannot be questioned, just his dress sense.

Carl has been one of our senior staff for several years and is an experienced paddlesports instructor. As well as teaching and coaching, we are delighted that Carl has taken on the role of Watersports manager.

Tom has been on the water from a young age and teaches across our watersports. He's in his sixth season with us and has experience of teaching windsuring in other parts of the world.

Max is an all-round waterman. He's also an RYA Windsurf Intermediate Planing instructor an helps coach our more experienced clients.

Izzy learnt to windsurf with us many years ago and is an RYA qualified instructor, with several seasons to her credit in the UK and the Med.

Sam came to us in his year 10 for work experience and he's been with us ever since, which is good news as he's great at teaching windsurfing, paddleboarding and kayaking.

Tay is back for 2021, after starting her studies at Uni. Tay is an RYA Windsurfing instructor and a great paddleboarder.

Louis is a brilliant sailor (Team GB!) but we've got him hooked on windsurfing and paddleboarding now. Back for a 4rd year! 

Caitlin joined the team last season after finishing Uni and is a very experienced diver and underwater photographer. She's one of our paddlesport specialists, as well as a Start Windsurf Instructor. 

Esme started windsurfing with our junior club quite a while ago. She's now qualified with the RYA and has also instructored in New Zealand.

Brian is a local windsurfer who trained to instruct with us many years ago. In the summer he still freelances for us to get himself out of the office.

Comes and runs advanced courses or doubles as a trainer for Dave. Very experienced instructor and we love it when he comes and freelances for us.

Erin spent her work experience with us in 2018 and we’re very pleased to say, is coming back for her 3rd season. Mature beyond her years and loves being on the water.
