This is John and Steve, the founders and owners of Red Rock Leisure Ltd, the parent group for Exmouth Watersports Ltd. They both pretend to be business men but as you can see here, being on the water is their real motivation.

John is the joint owner of Exmouth Watersports and an Advanced Level Windsurfing Trainer. His ability on a board cannot be questioned, just his dress sense.

Carl has been part of the Redrock team for several years and stepped into the manager role in 2022. An experienced paddlesports instructor, coach, and first aid trainer, he brings a wealth of knowledge, calm leadership, and a genuine passion for helping both staff and students grow in confidence and ability.

Now a valued member of the management team, Graeme brings boundless enthusiasm and dedication to everything he does. A versatile instructor with a real passion for the outdoors, he’s known for his energy, positivity, and ability to talk for England; always keeping spirits high both on and off the water.

Max is an all-round waterman. He's also an RYA Windsurf Intermediate Planing instructor an helps coach our more experienced clients.

Anita is an avid paddle boarder who loves sharing her passion for the water with everyone she meets. Now in her fourth season with us, she is a familiar face with our school groups, bringing her expertise and enthusiasm to every session.

Now in his fourth season with Redrock, Jago has grown into a key senior member of the team. A qualified Paddlesport Leader, he brings energy, skill, and leadership to every session. Jago is a confident and capable paddlesports instructor, and continues to expand his expertise as he works towards becoming a windsurf instructor. His calm manner and enthusiasm make him a great role model for both students and fellow instructors.

Brian is a local windsurfer who trained to instruct with us many years ago. In the summer he still freelances for us to get himself out of the office.

Shannon is a vibrant addition to our team. With a deep passion for bushcraft and nature, she loves sharing her enthusiasm and knowledge with others, inspiring both students and colleagues alike.

Tay is back for 2021, after starting her studies at Uni. Tay is an RYA Windsurfing instructor and a great paddleboarder.

Caitlin joined the team last season after finishing Uni and is a very experienced diver and underwater photographer. She's one of our paddlesport specialists, as well as a Start Windsurf Instructor. 

Ellie-Mae joined us this year and quickly became an amazing part of the Red Rock team. Full of energy, enthusiasm, and an infectious laugh, she brings a fun and positive vibe to every session. Already showing great leadership potential, Ellie-Mae is developing into a fantastic team leader. We’re thrilled she’ll be returning next season!
